Shipping Terms
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Dad Gang Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you purchased Shipping Protection and your package is lost or damaged during transit, please submit a claim using the claim link provided with your order.
Order Processing
Dad Gang Co. processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address provided, and Dad Gang Co. cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Options
Unless an expedited shipping method is selected, all domestic orders will ship using our standard processing timeline.
USPS Economy Shipping
- Processing Time: 7–10 business days
- Transit Time: Varies based on destination.
UPS Ground
- Processing Time: 7–10 business days
- Transit Time: Varies based on destination.
- Please note: UPS Ground is not an expedited or guaranteed delivery service.
UPS 2nd Day Air*
- Processing Time: Ships within 2 business days of your order being placed.
- Transit Time: Approximately 2 business days after shipment.
- Saturday, Sunday, and holiday delivery are not included unless offered by UPS in your area.
UPS Next Day Air*
- Processing Time: Ships within 2 business days of your order being placed.
- Transit Time: Next business day after shipment.
- Saturday, Sunday, and holiday delivery are not included unless offered by UPS in your area.
*Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.
Pre-Order Policy
Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified as PRE-ORDER on the product page and will include an estimated shipping timeframe.
Please note:
- Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production schedules or circumstances outside of Dad Gang Co.'s control.
- Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited processing.
- If an expedited shipping method is selected for a pre-order item, the order will ship using the selected shipping service once the product becomes available.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
International Shipping Policy
Dad Gang Co. proudly ships to over 190 countries worldwide using DHL and other trusted international shipping partners.

Processing & Delivery
International orders are processed according to our standard processing times before being transferred to the selected carrier.
Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Dad Gang Co.'s control.
While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.
These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Because customs regulations vary by country, Dad Gang Co. recommends contacting your local customs office before placing your order if you have questions regarding potential import fees.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, Dad Gang Co. will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
All international orders are considered final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Dad Gang Co. as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.
Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection was purchased during checkout and your package is lost or damaged while in transit, please submit your claim using the claim portal included in your order confirmation.
Shipping Protection claims are handled by the protection provider and are subject to their terms and conditions.
